How Maintenance Fees Create Great Vacations
Just as there are annual costs associated with keeping your home and with HOA fees to improve your community, there are costs, including personnel, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and insurance costs, to operate Bluegreen resorts. Many of these costs are shared across the Bluegreen Vacation Club in the form of Maintenance Fees. Also known as Common Assessment, these fees includes the ownership costs associated with maintaining and improving Bluegreen’s resorts. Learn More
