*Purchase of the Points Protection Plan (“Plan”) allows for the cancellation of a Points reservation without payment of the standard $75 cancellation fee and without forfeiture of Points when cancelled within 10 days of scheduled check-in and prior to 5pm on the scheduled check-in. This plan DOES NOT cover no-show reservations, reservations (defined as a failure to check-in or cancel by 5pm on the scheduled check-in date). Plan may be purchased at time of booking reservation or within 3 days from when the reservation was originally confirmed. This only applies to reservations booked 10 days or more prior to check-in. Reservation may be cancelled within allotted 1 business day without a fee and the amount paid for the Plan will be fully refunded to the credit card used for purchase. Reservations may be cancelled outside the allotted 1 business day and by or before 5 pm on day of check-in without a cancellation fee and all Points used for the reservation will be returned to the account with their original use period.
