In keeping with government health guidelines, we have implemented new measures at Bluegreen Resorts including signage and instructions to facilitate recommended social distancing. We ask that guests follow these recommendations and resort associates’ instructions. It is up to each of us to practice social distancing and follow CDC guidelines in this global effort against COVID-19. To learn more visit https://www.cdc.gov/.

In accordance with local mandates and ordinances, some amenities may not be available during your visit. Currently, in accordance with recommended guidelines, the following resort amenities and common areas are closed or restricting access at most resorts:

  • Club houses, fitness centers, pools, and Jacuzzis
  • Food and beverage operation will be closed for in-restaurant dining in accordance to local government mandates; however, where possible takeout and/or delivery will be available.
  • All resort activities have been cancelled indefinitely
  • All spas are closed until further notice

As mandates are lifted or extended, this list will be updated. Please check regularly for the latest updates.

Additional information for visitors traveling to Florida: The Governor of Florida has issued an Executive Order concerning visitors from areas within substantial incidence of COVID-19 including Connecticut, New Jersey and New York (this list is subject to change, and additional Executive Orders may follow from the states listed, as well as others). In order to be permitted to check-in to the resort, all arrivals visiting Florida resorts will be required to read and sign an acknowledgment form. The acknowledgement form outlines the self-quarantine requirements per the Executive Order if the owner, guest or any traveling party members have visited one of these states (Connecticut, New Jersey or New York) in the last 14 days.

  • Bluegreen Club 36 ™ Resort Status: Open; The State of Nevada has issued a directive requiring individuals to wear face coverings while in a public setting.   • Bluegreen Patrick Henry Square*Resort Status: Open; Please note: Day use privileges are currently unavailable; The State of Virginia has issued an Executive Order effective Friday, May 29, 2020 stating that any person aged 10 or older must wear a face covering at all times while entering, exiting, traveling through, and spending time inside certain settings.   • Bluegreen at TradeWinds Resort Status: Open; The Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners passed an emergency ordinance requiring that citizens wear face coverings in most indoor public places, and restaurants and bars as part of new safety and anti-crowding measures. The specific requirements have been outlined in a press release that can be accessed here. All owners and guests will need to abide by the County order. Please ensure you are wearing a face covering while inside any common area at the resort. Amenities Open Include: Pool and hot tub with certain restrictions, Fitness Center with social distancing.
  • Blue Ridge Village  Resort Status: Open; The State of North Carolina has issued an executive order requiring face coverings in public settings, stating that all people 11 years or older must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth while in public settings, whether inside or outside, when other social distancing measures of six feet of physical separation are not possible to maintain from all other persons who are not members of the same household or residence.   • Cibola Vista Resort & Spa* Resort Status: Open; The Mayor of the City of Peoria, Cathy Carlat, has issued a Proclamation requiring face coverings in public settings, stating that all people 6 years or older must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth while in public settings when other social distancing measures of six feet of physical separation are difficult to maintain from all other persons who are not members of the same household or residence. A face covering is not required for persons who are medically unable to tolerate a face covering. It is also not required for persons who are in the process of consuming food or drink.   • Club La PensionResort Status: Open; The City of New Orleans has issued guidance regarding the Mayoral Proclamation on the phased reopening of businesses. The guidance indicates that starting Saturday, June 13th, face coverings must be worn in public indoor spaces. During your stay, cloth face coverings are required to be used by owners and guests when inside hallways and common areas, except when an individual is unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition or disability. Per the CDC, a face covering includes a cloth covering that covers your nose and mouth, such as a mask, scarf, or bandana. All owners and guests will need to abide by the City’s guidance.   • Daytona SeaBreeze™* Resort Status: Open; The City of Daytona Beach Shores and Ormond Beach have issued recommendations that all people wear a face covering over their nose and mouth when they are in any indoor public space. It is highly recommended that you wear a face covering while at the resort. In addition, there is a directive from the City of Daytona Beach which does require you to wear a face covering if you partake in any activities; such as, visiting a restaurant.   • Eilan Hotel & SpaResort Status: Open; The County of Bexar has issued an executive order, stating that all people 10 years or older must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth when in a public space where it is difficult to keep six feet away from other people. A face covering is not required if doing so poses a greater mental or physical health, safety, or security risk or when consuming food or drink. A covering includes anything that covers your nose and mouth, such as a mask, scarf, or bandana. Per the County of Bexar, all owners and guests will need to abide by this mandate.   • Hotel Blake Resort Status: Open; The City of Chicago has issued an order applicable to anyone coming into Chicago from designated states that have a significant degree of community-wide spread of COVID-19. If you are coming from a designated state, the City of Chicago requires you to self-quarantine for a 14-day period or the duration of your time in Chicago, whichever is shorter. Per the terms of the City’s Order, anyone found in violation of the Order is subject to fines of $100 - $500 per day, up to $7,000. Orange County, Florida has issued an emergency executive order regarding COVID-19 and requiring face coverings, stating every person working, living, visiting, or doing business in Orange County is required to wear a Face Covering consistent with the current CDC guideline while in any public place. A face covering is not required for persons under the age of two years old or persons for whom a face covering would cause impairment due to an existing health condition.   • South Mountain Resort*Resort Status: Open; Please note: Day use privileges are currently unavailable; The State of New Hampshire will allow lodging to open with certain obligations on all persons entering from outside the New England Region. If you are not a resident of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut, you will be required to complete an acknowledgment form. Please click here to view the form. A face covering is not required for persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a face covering. It is also not required for persons who are eating or drinking, provided that they are able to maintain a distance of at least six feet away from persons who are not members of the same household or residence.
