What’s New With Your Club Membership in 2025

Dear Members,

Happy New Year from your Club and Owner Services team at Hilton Grand Vacations! I hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday season and are ready for a great year of travels ahead. To start, I’d like to extend a warm welcome to our Bluegreen Vacation Club Members. We are so happy to have you as part of our HGV family!

Helping our Members go on vacation is at the heart of everything we do! During our busiest season, our Member Experience Specialists worked tirelessly to help you plan your next great escape, answer your questions and take care of end-of-year payments. Your patience during this time was greatly appreciated. Following are a handful of updates to help you get a head start on planning your dream vacation in the year ahead.

Expand Your Travel Options

In November we announced the launch of HGV Max to Bluegreen Vacation Club Members. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your vacation membership and gain access to more benefits and bucket-list destinations around the globe.

And for our existing HGV Max Members, your travel horizons will stretch even further when Bluegreen’s properties become available toward the end of this year. The best is yet to come, and we have a lot of updates to look forward to. Keep an eye on your inbox and Club Traveler publications to ensure you don’t miss any announcements.

Member Resources

Whether planning your next getaway, adjusting your travel plans or managing payments, everything you need is at your fingertips on your Member website. However, if you need to contact us, our dedicated team is always available to assist you in crafting your dream vacation. Before embarking on your 2025 adventures, take a moment to review your updated rules and fees schedules, also available on your Member website. These documents will help you make the most of your membership benefits when planning your next vacation:

We’ve also been steadily working to improve the unified website for Members of Embarc/Extraordinary Escapes, HGVClub and The Club since its launch in April 2024. In November, we released the French user language option, with more languages and additional features coming this year. For now, Bluegreen Vacation Club Members will continue to log in to bluegreenowner.com to access account information.

Stay Informed

Many of you are familiar with our bi-monthly Club Traveler newsletter, as well as our triannual magazine of the same name. I’m thrilled to announce that starting this month, we’re expanding our award-winning publications to include our Bluegreen Vacation Club Members. Your first Member newsletter will arrive in your inbox later this month filled with important news from your Club leaders, exciting HGV events and more.
