Enchanted New Mexico with Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta | Fall 2022
Be part of a world-renowned festival in America’s “land of enchantment”! On this Owner Adventure, you’ll be introduced to the art and science of ballooning. The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is the largest ballooning festival in the world and, not surprisingly, one of the world’s most photographed events. But that's not all! This adventure also includes time in the culturally rich cities of Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Learn about New Mexico’s pueblos (villages) and shop for authentic crafts at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico's largest city, founded in 1706 as a Spanish colony. Travel along the picturesque Turquoise Trail through the foothills of the Sandia Mountains to the capital city of Santa Fe and see sights like the San Miguel Mission, the State Capitol and the Loretto Chapel’s “Miracle Stairway,” El Santuario de Chimayo and more. Daily Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive in Albuquerque, NM:
Welcome to Albuquerque! On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. At 6 pm, meet your Tour Director and traveling companions for a welcome drink and presentation by a local balloonist.
Day 2 - Albuquerque (B, L):
Morning Glow and Mass Balloon Ascension. Visit to the International Balloon Museum. Tequila tasting and lunch at a famed local restaurant. Balloon Glow and After-Glow fireworks show this evening.
Day 3 - Albuquerque (B):
Visit the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. Guided sightseeing includes Route 66 and Old Town. Guided tour of the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. Free time this evening.
Day 4 - Albuquerque - Santa Fe (B):
Scenic drive on the Turquoise Trail en route to Santa Fe. Guided trolley tour includes San Miguel Mission, the Palace of the Governors, the State Capitol, and Loretto Chapel including the “Miracle Stairway.” Free time this afternoon and evening.
Day 5 - Santa Fe - Excursion to Chimayo (B, L, D):
Visit Santuario De Chimayo to learn about the miraculous healing powers that still attract thousands of pilgrims each year. Lunch at a hidden gem local restaurant on the Santa Fe Plaza. Free time this afternoon before farewell dinner with live Mariachi performers this evening.
Day 6 - Santa Fe - Albuquerque Departure (B):
Morning drive to Albuquerque. Your vacation ends at Albuquerque International Sunport Airport. Schedule departing flights after 11 am.

**TRAVELER PLUS POINTS-FOR-TRAVEL BENEFIT TERMS & CONDITIONS: In order to apply any combination of annual, biennial, borrowed or rented Bluegreen Vacations Points for payment, Owner Adventure price, including base fare and taxes, must be a minimum of $500 per person for the first and second travelers in a room or cruise cabin, for a total minimum fare of $1,000. Benefit applies only to active Traveler Plus members.

Participants are required to provide proof of full and current vaccination against Covid-19 valid at the time of travel, which may include a booster shot to keep vaccination status current and valid as recommended by the CDC and as determined by the tour operator. Reservations must be booked by April 29, 2022. Nonrefundable, non-transferrable deposit of $500 per person is due at time of booking. Final payment due by July 15, 2022.
