Daily Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive in Zagreb, Croatia (D):
Welcome to Zagreb! On arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. At 6 pm, meet your Tour Director and traveling companions for a welcome dinner at your hotel.
Day 2 - Zagreb - Ljubljana, Slovenia (B, D):
Guided sightseeing in Zagreb includes the cathedral. Scenic drive into Slovenia en route to Ljubljana.
Day 3 - Ljubljana - Excursion to Bled (B, D):
Guided sightseeing of Ljubljana features the Town Hall’s inner court. See St. Nicholas Cathedral. Free time to enjoy lunch. Step into the pages of a fairytale on this fascinating day trip to Bled, Pearl of the Slovenian Alps. Then, savor an authentic Slovenian dinner and traditional entertainment at an area restaurant!
Day 4 - Ljubljana - Postojna - Opatija, Croatia (B, D):
Guided tour through the caves of Postojna before continuing to Opatija.
Day 5 - Opatija - Excursion to Pula (B, D):
Scenic drive through the Istrian Peninsula to Pula. Guided sightseeing in Pula features the Amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus. Free time to browse before returning to Opatija. Enjoy ancient history, scenic beauty, and a delectable 3-course dinner on an inspiring guided excursion to Trsat and neighboring Volosko.
Day 6 - Opatija - Plitvice - Zadar (B, D):
Guided walking tour of the national park at Plitvice. Scenic drive along the coastline en route to Zadar.
Day 7 - Zadar - Trogir - Split (B, D):
At Zadar, enjoy a guided walking tour through the Old Town to the main square with free time for lunch. Visit the historic city of Trogir. In Split, gather for dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 8 - Split (B):
Walking tour of Split with a Local Guide includes Diocletian’s Palace. Discover another part of Croatia on an adventure to Brac Island, featuring its ancient culture, olive oil tasting at a historic press, and time to shop for souvenirs made from renowned Brac stone!
Day 9 - Split - Bosnia-Herzegovina - Dubrovnik (B, D):
En route to Dubrovnik, pass through Bosnia-Herzegovina. Dubrovnik walking tour with a Local Guide includes the Rector’s Palace. Free time this afternoon. Enjoy an evening like no other on this unforgettable dinner cruise as the sun sets along the coast of the breathtaking Adriatic Sea.
Day 10 - Dubrovnik (B, L, D):
Discover the bounty and beauty of southern Croatia as you journey into the Golden Valley of Konavle for lunch and a liqueur tasting at a historic agritourism venue. Farewell dinner at your hotel this evening.
Day 11 - Dubrovnik Departure (B):
Your vacation ends with breakfast this morning and transfer to the Dubrovnik airport.
