A 50% deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. Nonrefundable final payment is due September 1, 2025. Reservations made within 45 days of departure require payment in full at time of booking. Deposit made prior to September 1, 2025 are nonrefundable but are transferable to another Outdoor Sportsman trip in 2025 if canceled within 14 days of when original deposit was made.
