Solara Surfside Resort Update

Like many in the Surfside community and across the country, we were devastated by the tragic collapse of the Champlain Towers in Surfside, Miami on June 24, 2021, Our thoughts continue to remain with the families affected by this tragedy. Our focus remains on the restoration plan of Solara Surfside.

Various agencies are still monitoring and working at the Champlain Towers site. Due to the site’s proximity to the Solara Surfside Resort, we regret to advise that all incoming reservations for the Solara Surfside Resort now through December 31, 2023 will be canceled without penalty and all applicable points refunded to owners’ accounts. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this action causes and thank you for your understanding.

The Club Services team has begun the process of canceling the reservations of impacted owners; however should you wish to expedite your cancelation and rebook for another available resorts, you may do so by visiting bluegreenowner.com or by calling 800-456-2582. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Bluegreen will continue to follow the guidance provided by the local authorities and continues to work with relief agencies to support the local community.
