As the situation around the novel coronavirus continues to evolve, we want to make sure that you are aware of the actions we are taking and provide you with booking flexibility.

We are sensitive that while you were eagerly anticipating your vacation to our resort, you may not wish to travel in light of the growing uncertainty around the spread of COVID-19. For this reason, we have adjusted our policies to provide greater flexibility as well as adjusting our operations in accordance with local official mandates. Temporary Operating Hours: (Last Updated: Thursday, March 19, 2020 5:00 p.m.) As we consider the safety and well-being of our owners, we’re also mindful of the health of our associates and the need for them to be with their families in this crisis. Therefore, we are adjusting our operating hours effective Monday, March 23rd, 2020. Club Services, Premier, Traveler Plus, Travel Services and Sampler servicing will operate from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday EST.
