Due to concerns of allergies, noise, clean-up, potential damage to villas and the safety of other owners, Bluegreen does not permit owners or guests to bring their pets to managed resorts. This includes dogs, cats, birds and other animals. Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted at all Bluegreen resorts.

If you are checking into a Bluegreen managed resort with your pet that is not a Service Animal as defined by the ADA, you will be asked to board your pet at a local facility. We welcome you to call the resort you are visiting in advance of your vacation to inquire about pet boarding facilities in the area to be prepared. In situations where boarding your pet is unavailable and unsuitable for your vacation, you will be asked to forfeit your reservation without refund of your payment (Points, Bonus Time payment, Credit Card or Cash).

If an unauthorized animal is observed on property or within your villa, you and your traveling party will be asked to depart the resort early. In addition, cleaning fees and/or repair costs resulting from unauthorized pets are the responsibility of the owner account used for the reservation associated with that pet should damages occur.

For properties not managed by Bluegreen, please contact the resort in advance to confirm their policy before bringing your pet.
