The management of Bluegreen Vacations is pleased to advise of the reopening of the Daytona Seabreeze effective January 1, 2023. The resort, which was temporarily closed due to the impact of Hurricanes Ian and Nicole will reopen one week earlier than previously advised.

The safety of our guests and associates remains our highest priority. While the Daytona Seabreeze will reopen to accommodate guests, access to the pool deck, pool, beach, and outdoor amenities will remain closed as the crew continues to make repairs to these areas. Additionally, on-site parking will be limited due to on-going work. Arrangements have been made to accommodate additional guest parking at a facility located across the street from Daytona Seabreeze.

When visiting the Daytona area, guests are reminded that the beach remains closed to vehicular traffic and public beach access potentially limited at high tides as significant erosion has taken place in the wake of these storms. Our guests can still access the beach via the City of Daytona beach access ramp, a very short walk, just north of the property. Please note that work continues to restore buildings and other areas along with beach.

The Daytona Seabreeze team is busy making all the necessary preparations to welcome the return of our valued owners and guests and look forward to helping our guests create meaningful vacation memories.
