Parking: Onsite parking garage, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Another parking garage (no charge) is located across the street. There is NO parking available for boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes. Please be aware that a car show in the month of March and multiple motorcycle festivals in the months of May, September and October can present parking issues and additional traffic congestion. Please call resort ahead of arrival for details on parking arrangements. In addition, the resort may have contact information for offsite facilities available for boat, trailer, or motorcycle parking.
Day use policy: Amenity use at the facilities, including the pools, is limited to guests staying during their scheduled dates of occupancy.
Deposit required: Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization.For your convenience, and ease during the check-in process, we accept ONLY major credit cards for security deposits. The use of CASH for security deposit will no longer be accepted starting January 1st, 2014.

Current construction: Shore Crest 1 will be renovating the Lobby, Owners Lounge, and Activity Center beginning January 2 through January 31, 2017. During this time access to these areas will be restricted to all resort guests depending on the work that is being completed. ALL arrivals checking in at both Shore Crest 1 and 2 will need to check in at the lobby in Shore Crest 2.
