Tour days tend to be shorter in length, at a relaxed pace, and include plenty of unscheduled time for leisure. Expect standing and walking for 15-30 minutes at a time with little difficulty.

Day 1: Monday, December 2, 2024 | Arrive in Honolulu

Aloha! Relax and “hang loose” in Oahu, your adventure in the sun-drenched Hawaiian Islands is just beginning! Upon arrival, meet your Bluegreen Host and Tour Director in the lobby between 3pm and 6pm.

Day 2: Tuesday, December 3, 2024 | Honolulu – Excursion to Pearl Harbor

This morning, meet with your Bluegreen Host, Tour Director and travel companions for breakfast and a welcome meeting. Following breakfast, pay your respects to those who lost their lives on December 7, 1941 with a tour of Pearl Harbor, the USS Arizona Memorial, and museum. Continue with a city tour of Honolulu highlighting the Punchbowl National Cemetery, Chinatown, the impressive Hawaii State Capitol building, historic Iolani Palace, and Kamehameha the Great statue. Tonight, enjoy an included dinner at your hotel.

Day 3: Wednesday, December 4, 2024 | Honolulu

Today is free to relax, swim, enjoy water sports, or laze on Waikiki Beach. If you are feeling adventurous, consider an excursion to the Polynesian Cultural Center, see surfing spots on the North Shore, have a tasty treat at the Dole Pineapple Plantation or hike Diamond Head!

Day 4: Thursday, December 5, 2024 | Honolulu – Kona – Excursion to Coffee & Macadamia Farm & Luau Kona

Board a morning flight to the “Big Island” of Hawaii. Upon arrival in Kona, visit the Kona Coffee Living History Farm, a working coffee farm, for the opportunity to learn about the history of Kona’s coffee industry and the remarkable pioneers who established these farms. This afternoon check into your resort before joining your fellow travelers for a festive luau! You’ll have the chance to learn to hula, try some traditional Hawaiian specialties, and see captivating performances by Polynesian musicians and dancers.

Day 5: Friday, December 6, 2024 | Kona – Excursion to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

This morning, drive to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Here, see Kilauea Crater, rising 4,090 feet above a volcanic wonderland of steaming fire pits, lava tubes, and fern forests. Next, enjoy an included lunch followed by a stop at Punalu’u Bake Shop to sample the famous Hawaiian sweetbread introduced to the area by Portuguese sugar workers in the 19th century. This traditional treat is not to be missed! Tonight, enjoy free time this evening at your resort.

Day 6: Saturday, December 7, 2024 | Kona

Enjoy another day in paradise at your leisure! Maybe you will find a special place to relax poolside and enjoy the warm tropical sun and balmy breezes? Or maybe you will go snorkeling exploring Hawaii’s underwater beauty, laze on a black sand beach or take a waterfall hike!

Day 7: Sunday, December 8, 2024 | Kona – Maui

A morning flight takes you to the “Valley Island” of Maui. Drive to the lush `Iao Valley to see the `Iao Needle, a spectacular volcanic spire. Visit Lahaina, once home to the world’s largest whaling fleets, where you can stroll through historic streets. Then continue to Ka`anapali, your home for the next three nights. Relax by the pool, enjoy the spa or join in on a daily cultural activity as the rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 8: Monday, December 9, 2024 | Maui Ocean Center

Enjoy a visit to the Maui Ocean Center, recognized as one of the top aquariums in the world and has been inspiring ocean enthusiasts for the past 25 years. At the aquarium, see Hawaii’s coral reefs that have evolved over millions of years into a unique ecosystem populated by rare species that exist nowhere else. After an exciting morning, the remainder of your day is at leisure. What will you do – stroll on the beach, experience the Road to Hana, relax at your resort, or maybe shop for souvenirs?

Day 9: Tuesday, December 10, 2024 | Maui

Enjoy a free day in Maui. There’s plenty of time today to enjoy your hotel’s facilities and beach. Or if you want an adventure, try a new water sport or hit the links at one of Maui’s famous golf courses! This evening, gather with your fellow travel companions for a farewell dinner at your resort.

The upgrade to an oceanview room in Honolulu and ocean front rooms in Kona, and Maui guarantees a view of the ocean, however, does not provide beachfront access.
