Upon arrival at Bergen Airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Take some time to settle in and enjoy your new surroundings. This evening, join your HGV host and fellow travelers for a welcome dinner at the hotel.
In the morning, set out on a guided walking tour to take in some of Bergen’s most iconic sights, including the vibrant Fish and Flower Market and the historic Bryggen Hanseatic Wharf. Then visit the Bryggens Museum to delve deeper into Bergen’s fascinating heritage. Enjoy lunch together before ascending Mount Fløien aboard the famous Bergen funicular. At the top, breathtaking panoramic views of Bergen’s rooftops, surrounding mountains and nearby fjords await.
In the morning, board the renowned Bergen Railway, considered one of the most beautiful train rides in the world. As you travel inland to Voss, enjoy panoramic views of mountains, forests and remote villages unfolding beyond your window. In Gudvangen, board a fjord cruise through one of the most spectacular stretches of water in all of Norway. See the dramatic Nærøyfjord on your way to the charming village of Flåm. Enjoy dinner together in the evening.
Walk to Flåm Station to begin one of Norway’s most iconic travel experiences by boarding the renowned Flåm Railway to Oslo. Finish the journey to Oslo on the Bergen Railway. Once in Oslo, the evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Today, in Oslo, is Sámi National Day, celebrated every year on February 6. This special day honors the culture and heritage of the indigenous Sámi people of Northern Europe. Keep an eye out for festive parades, traditional markets, colorful costumes, music and cultural displays throughout the city.
Begin your day with a visit to the renowned Vigeland Sculpture Park, home to over 200 expressive sculptures by artist Gustav Vigeland. Following lunch, the afternoon is free for you to explore Norway’s capital city at your own pace.
In the morning, fly north to Tromsø, the gateway to the Arctic. Located 350 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle, Tromsø is the largest city in Northern Norway and a hub for Arctic culture, science and adventure.
Upon arrival in Tromsø, begin with a visit to the Arctic Cathedral, known for its striking modern architecture and peaceful interior. Enjoy a light lunch before continuing to the Fjellheisen cable car, where you will ascend to the mountaintop viewing platform for breathtaking panoramic views of Tromsø, the surrounding fjords and the snow-covered Arctic landscapes.
Later, enjoy a relaxing group dinner before embarking on a magical experience, a Northern Lights chase. An expert local guide will take you to the best possible locations for aurora forecasts.

This morning, go on a thrilling husky sledding adventure across the stunning mountain landscapes of Kvaløya. Sit back and take in the scenery while an experienced musher guides your sled, pulled by a team of energetic Alaskan huskies. It’s an exhilarating way to explore the snowy wilderness.
After your ride, you’ll have the chance to meet some of the 300 friendly huskies back at the camp, a highlight for animal lovers. Then, gather around an open fire in a traditional Sámi gamme hut, where you’ll enjoy hot drinks and a warm lunch of Bidos, a hearty reindeer stew prepared the traditional Sámi way.
Return to Tromsø for a few hours of rest and dinner at the hotel before setting out on another Northern Lights chase.
