To Our Valued Bluegreen Vacation Club Owner

As your managing entity, our commitment to you revolves around optimizing the value of your vacation club experience. It’s our mission to provide exceptional vacations for our owner families.

For the 2024/2025 fiscal year, we are making a modest adjustment to the Annual Club Dues, increasing them to $184 per Member (from $179 per Member), Your Club Dues fund the operational expenses associated with the administration of the Club and exchange company dues.

Common Assessment (maintenance fees) will reflect an average increase of approximately 5% due to increases at each property association. Maintenance fees are necessary to support the operation of the resorts, housekeeping, ongoing maintenance, insurance and property taxes. We continue to rectify unforeseen high deductible expenses and out-of-scope losses through a multi-year special assessment across property associations announced last year. We are pleased that these special assessments were able to be absorbed into the normal Common Assessment for our Club member and will not result in a special assessment for you.
